Ginny's Apples has fed many throughout the years since 1940. This delectable recipe, a family heirloom passed down from my grandmother, Eloise Mosley Young, to my beloved mother affectionately known as "Ginny," has been a source of joy and fond memories for as long as I can remember.

As a child, I can vividly remember the delight of savoring these "apples" during visits to my grandparents' home. Whether they were served for breakfast or retrieved from the fridge for dinner, a bowl of stewed apples was a constant presence on the family table.

As the years passed, my mother took up the tradition, especially during holidays and special family gatherings. Thanksgiving became synonymous with the eagerly anticipated aroma of simmering apples filling the air. My personal favorite was enjoying them with a freshly baked, warm biscuit.

From breakfast to snack time, and even as a side for lunch and dinner, these apples have become a beloved part of our daily lives. Whether served hot, cold, or warm, I invite you to experience the same joy and comfort that Ginny's Apples have brought to our family for generations.

Love it!!!

I enjoy eating Ginny’s Apples. It reminds me of applesauce but 100 times better. I’ve only had it for one week and it’s almost done!

Absolutely delicious!

Ginny's apples are absolutely delicious. I was amazed by the rich flavor and how well it pairs with so many foods. My whole family enjoyed the first jar and I have placed my next order! So far, we have used on biscuits, toast, pancakes and waffles. Full transparency, I also ate a few spoonfuls straight from the jar. :-) Part of my family is vegan...love that Ginny's apples is naturally vegan and we will have it as a staple food in our house!

AMAZING!

I received my order and could not wait to try so we put biscuits in the oven. It did not disappoint!! We had jar 1 gone the 1st day. I may or may not have hid the other jar from the family so I don’t have to share….YES, they are that good!!!

My toddler describes his food as 'yummy', or 'yucky', and Ginny's Apples received a thumbs up, with a big "YUMMY!" And he's right - this is a very delicious and wholesome snack!

Apple Pie Pancakes!

Ginny's Apples have become a staple for weekend breakfast and brunch in my home. We never eat plain pancakes anymore, just our Ginny's Apple Pie Pancakes. Top it off with some whipped cream and you don't even need syrup!

Just a dollop our two (depending on the amount of people) in your batter and you're ready for a pancake experience everyone will love!!
